Though Caterham’s new contender was supposed to be officially revealed in the F1 Racing magazine on 26 January, a few copies of the magazine arrived early. As a result, the first pictures of the new Caterham CT01 have been leaked.
The car has been designed by Chief Technical Officer Mike Gascoyne and Technical Director Mark Smith. The responses to the car so far have been mixed. The nose draws the most attention which has been built to meet the 2012 FIA regulations. The rear end of the car is also changed and made tighter. Further details will be announced on Thursday.
