Colin Edwards has confirmed that his shoulder is recovering well. In a tragic accident in the MotoGP of Malaysia, Edwards and Valentino Rossi crashed onto Marco Simoncelli after which the latter one lost his life. Edwards was left injured to his left shoulder and missed the last race of the season in Valencia.
Edwards: “It is good; it is not 100 percent, but I woke up the other morning and my right shoulder hurt more than my left and that is the one I did not have surgery on! Obviously I tweaked both of them; the left one needed surgery and the right one is a little bit loose, but it is good. I am out riding here at Boot Camp, training and getting everything in order.”
For this season, Edwards has moved from Tech 3 Yamaha to the new NGM Mobile Forward Racing team.
